Dr. Neha Shah and Dr. Armaan Pandey are both psychiatrists, consulting at their clinic, and lately online from their home in Mumbai. They have been in clinical practice since 2010 and have successfully been using Schema Therapy since 2015. Trained in both REBT and CBT from Albert Ellis Institute (Affiliated Training Centre), and Beck Institute, Pennsylvania, they have completed basic and advance courses in Schema Therapy from Schema Therapy Training Online, Australia. Dr. Neha Shah is also trained and is practicing Schema Therapy for Eating Disorders which is one of the most overlooked psychiatric illnesses. Together, they regularly conduct training workshops for clinical practitioners and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always the ones to experiment with conventions and breaking through its mold to take voyages fueled by curiosity and innovation, their passion for psychiatry has pushed them to work beyond clinical practice. Dr. Armaan and Dr. Neha are also experts in the field of Sexuality-education. They have founded Sexuality Matters, a comprehensive sexuality education platform, through which they conduct sex-education workshops for students, parents and teachers.
