We are excited to announce our Schema Therapy training course for therapists! We bring to you a practice-oriented, 40-hour course, divided into 2 Levels to help you learn and practice Schema Therapy and the Schema Mode Model. This course is designed for Psychologists and Psychiatrists who are familiar with modern psychotherapy. We recommend a clinical experience of 2 years or more before you take up Schema Therapy. Our course will help you deal with more severe psychopathology that you see in your practice, especially Borderline Personality Disorder and various Anxiety Disorders with a strong personality component. It will also help you in managing clients who do not present with overt mental symptoms but are still struggling in specific areas of their lives (relationships, career, etc.). You may be familiar with some components of Schema Therapy or might even be a self-taught Schema Therapist. Having a training will refine your skills and add depths to your practice like never before! Trust us, we have been there.

This course will give you a chance to acknowledge and work towards healing your own Maladaptive Schemas that are inadvertently a part of your therapy relationships and personal experiences. So, all in all, its time to learn Schema Therapy!

The course will be conducted over 4 weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) with a month gap between Levels 1 & 2. As of now, we are conducting Online Live Zoom sessions. We shall soon launch in-person workshops.

The charges for the course will be INR 15,000/- per level. We offer a 10% discount when you sign-up for both levels and an additional 10% group-discount for groups of 3 or more.
